Chef Shafer is a Red Seal Certified Chef and has not only worked extensively in the industry at many casual modern restaurants and for large hotel chains, but he’s also worked as a Culinary Arts Instructor at TRU. His experience, attention to detail and “fun with food” attitude show in the fresh and bold menu items he and the team at Blue have created, making for a dining experience not to be missed.
